Booking


What service should I book?

All of my services are listed on my new guest or existing guest page on my website. If you read the descriptions of these services and are still unsure what to book feel free to email me at amanda@amandafranklinhair.com


How do I book an appointment?

I do accept all appointments digitally on my online booking system. If you would like a detailed tutorial on how to book click here


What should I expect once I book?

You will receive a email within 48 hours with your welcome packet giving you all the information about your first visit.


Location & Parking


Where are you located?

My salon is located inside the Salon by JC in Nashville, Tennessee. The address is 210 25th N Nashville, Tennessee 37203.


What suite are you in?

My beauty bungalow is located inside of suite 69 in the Salon by JC. If you'd like to see a video on how to find my suite click here


Where do I park?

We have plenty of free and paid parking options around the salon. If you'd like to see a video of each parking location click here


Amenities


How much is the valet?

Valet services at the salon are complimentary and you can tip if you feel inclined to!


What is your coffee cafe?

In the salon I have a full coffee cafe. We serve anything from cafe mochas to lattes and cold brews. Each one can be customized with seasonal creamer or even a dairy free option.


Is food allowed in the salon?

Always! I offer a huge variety of snacks for you to enjoy during your appointment. From gluten free options to snacks that will cure your sweet tooth. If you are here for a longer appointment there are also a huge variety of restaurants you can have delivered by Uber Eats. Just let me know at the time of your order so I can have it brought to my suite upon arrival.


What is there to do during my appointment?

I always want my bungalow to be a relaxing comfortable place. I do offer complimentary Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ for you to enjoy during your appointment. If you prefer using your phone I have multiple chargers available for you to use so you don't drain your battery, along with free wifi inside the suite!


Policies


Can I return my hair products if I don't like them?

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase.


What happens if I don't like my hair?

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.


Do you offer refunds/partial refunds?

Refunds are not available for services received. I am happy to redo your hair for free as long as you contact me within 7 days of your original services.


Products


What product lines do I carry?

At this time the product lines I carry for haircare is IGK and Olaplex. The hair tools I currently carry are Kitsch and plan on expanding my hair accessory and tools in the coming months.


Are your products vegan?

All of the products I carry in the salon are vegan and use plants to deliver maximum benefits to your hair.


Are your products cruelty free?

All products I carry in my salon are cruelty free and have never been tested on animals
