Hey, I'm Amanda!
As a young business owner, I know how important it is to feel special, pampered and beautiful in a relaxing ambiance. I’ve designed my studio suite experience in a way that will leave you feeling uplifted, relaxed, and more confident than you’ve ever felt before.
I’ve been serving the Nashville area since 2015 and have never been more in love with my clients or my craft. As of 2020 I have expanded my business, opening The Beauty Bungalow Nashville by Amanda Franklin Hair. My studio is the perfect oasis in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee. I specialize in lived in color and seamless customizable extensions.
I take great pride in the fact I have completed some of the industries most high demanding certifications. I am Redken color certified, which is a 7 hour assessment on formulation, chemistry, and advance application of color. I also finished a 12 month advanced balayage and blonde mastermind with coach Elizabeth Faye. This and many more advanced classes have elevated the way I provide my clients with customizable colors specific to them.

While most stylist offer a great first visit and solid maintenance care there after, I see my role as your stylist a bit differently. I work together with all of my bungalow babes to create a long term haircare plan to ensure their cut, color, and style look fresh and there won't ever be a time you feel bored or stuck in a routine. I'll be checking in throughout the year to see if there are any new issues that come up and we will work through them together.
My life outside the salon
I love spending my free time watching the newest Netflix series or curled up with snacks watching the Bachelorette. When I’m not curled up on my couch with comfy blankets and a glass of my favorite wine, I am out trying new restaurants. There is always a soft spot in my heart for a taco truck, or a hole in the wall Mexican restaurant. I love supporting other local businesses, especially when I get my foodie fix in the process!

On the weekends, you can catch me traveling, at a event in Nashville, working on a house renovation project, or managing my garden! Me and my fiancé, Austin, always make it a priority to explore our growing hometown of Nashville, while also getting out of the city a few times a year to travel the world. I have a secret cooking talent, and if you’re subscribed to my email list I sometimes sneak y’all some of my favorite recipes. From my famous cupcakes, a good summer cocktail, or even the best chili recipe ever. Also Bungalow babes get to enjoy some fresh baked cookies & other organic goodies grown from my garden.
